They've let go of tens of thousands of employees and have passed all the responsibilities to the current employees. More work and less pay with new sales compensation structure, it's a terrible mess. Leadership is extremely out of touch, not helpful and could care less.

My overall experience with dell, is it a really great place to learn sales methodolgies. That is probably the best i have to say about dell.
