Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee When I started at Dell years ago, it was a great company to work for. The last couple years, it seems Dell has put their shareholders above their customers and employees. They are now very strict about being in office, after years of remote work. And morale is pretty low as workforce reductions continue to rollout with no indication that more are not coming.
