Base pay cut from awful to utterly terrible. Commission plan doesn’t come close to making up for the low base. Low margin items pay very little.

Overall pay structure is not good, Dell inside reps are categorically under compensated. The pay structure is also not clear, it is difficult to determine how much commission is expected per sale.
