Well-known and well-respected brand which helps as a seller. They drive quite a basic sales process (e.g. features and function, rather than business outcomes) and this reflected by the org not having the most creative of sellers in its teams. There are worse places to work though.

My overall experience was great. Dell currently has challenges with workforce reduction but it’s really a company who pays employees well and aims for achievable targets - that being said I have had some unachievable half year targets but it normally evens itself out. Overall I would recommend Dell as a place to work
