Company is Great for getting your feet wet in tech sales, but is very lackluster for wanting to be promoted, pay cuts and lack of individuals hitting their metrics.

I was set up for failure. Mediocre training, continuous layoffs that impeded the growth of the team, terrible management, favoritism and lies. Dell is a great resume filler…that’s it. I have never worked for a more dysfunctional organization.

I loved working at Dell! It set my career up for success, however I did not like working for a company of that size as I felt like I was treated more like a number than a rep. In the end I departed due to layoffs.
