I was set up for failure. Mediocre training, continuous layoffs that impeded the growth of the team, terrible management, favoritism and lies. Dell is a great resume filler…that’s it. I have never worked for a more dysfunctional organization.

My overall experience was positive. BDR on the EMC side of Dell does not have a commission structure, but base comp was very reasonable. Plenty of opportunity for internal promotions and continued development.
