I loved working at Dell! It set my career up for success, however I did not like working for a company of that size as I felt like I was treated more like a number than a rep. In the end I departed due to layoffs.

The biggest barrier to selling the portfolio is the support offerings. Whether it's spending more time fixing support issues i.e. begging for resources from support, than actually selling, or bad support experiences souring customers on the product and company as a whole.

It was fantastic. I loved being at Dell, they have world class training, a myriad of opportunities for networking between employees and with partners. It was a great way to start my career.

Experience has been great but some of the compensation structure is tough for employees that start at dell and grow which I find odd. They offer more for external hires.
