Great leadership in my group. No such thing as a cold call at Dell, because everyone in the world has likely used their products. Dell likes you to fit into the comp mold. Overachievers are not paid well, and if you close a really large deal (over 200% of quota), you're very unlikely to be paid your full commission. Finance has way too much influence over sales.

I loved working at Dell! It set my career up for success, however I did not like working for a company of that size as I felt like I was treated more like a number than a rep. In the end I departed due to layoffs.

Graduate Sales Role. Do not recommend this. Everyone quits as there is no way to move up to Account Executive Level. No great incentives. No one reaches KPI’s
