Good. Lots of "spreadsheets" but with good teammates they can help you through the fluff and show you the north star KPI's.

My overall experience was good. Job security is not something you will feel while you’re there, even if you are crushing it. The pool I worked with were great. And you had an opportunity to be successful if you worked hard. Compensation was low compared to other similar jobs.

My overall experience here was pretty good. The clients and people were both good. The main issue was that the compensation wasn’t great and there was no incentive to be exceptional. You were actually punished for exceeding quotas because then your quota would just go up, making it unattainable. It was also extremely difficult to get promoted or move departments.
