Current Employee2.7Aug 21, 2024My overall experience was decent. Solid onboarding and training resources
Current Employee3.9Sep 16, 2024Awesome sales org to work with. The sales leadership definitely makes up for the lack of inbound in the Enterprise Segment. Depending on patch, Enterprise can be a tough gig but also can be very lucrative. Overall, company has had the best of breed in insurance, culture, remote perks, and tech that the market loves.

Current Employee4.1Jul 19, 2024Company culture really stresses continuous learning and development across the sales org, so there’s many resources to learn from if you’re a new rep. Inbound flow is hit or miss, but leadership heavily incentives outbound opportunity generation. Great place to work if you’re willing to put in the effort.

Former Employee3.4Jun 2, 2024I tried so hard to like it here. I know it’s great to have on your resume, and datadog is a leader in the observability space. But the lack of true leadership in Denver ruined it for me. Great people on a personal level, but most mid-level managers have no business being in their position. And the VP of sales is even worse.
