Overall, this is a glorified BDR role. 5% of AEs hit quota each quarter, with most just fighting for breadcrumbs. Leadership and culture is extremely toxic, and politics is the only way to find any success. I highly recommend not working for this company in the commercial account executive role.

My overall experience was normal. Pay is lower than industry standard. Team here in Singapore is fine - AE team is pretty saturated and the account situation is not the best, considering that we are a mature company.

Don’t recommend working here. Maybe 10-15% of enterprise reps hit their number.
