Board doesn’t like to incentivize sales for selling. It is a product org where sales are undervalued while working with an extreme complex product / market fit. Not enough resources to support AE’s in the way to be successful and targets are not achievable.

New payment structure in 2024 is very desirable. Leadership seems to have a stronger focus on finding ways for reps to hit quota. Many more reps should hit their yearly number in 2024.

First 9 months were good! Really good onboarding in NYC, good vibes in EMEA offices en super development paths. Mid-Market at Datadog is what Enterprise is at the majority of other companies. So see this a step towards Enterprise if you want to become a Enterprise seller in the future.
