Current Employee2.7Mar 30, 2025Lots of changes- Datadog Customer Success is changing rapidly and more of an account management organization. The org lacks strong leadership and coaching is unhelpful. I haven’t learned much from my managers about sales or account management. Customers and product are good and hybrid schedule includes a lot of events which are fun.

The company could be a bit more transparent with their leadership promises (especially when it comes to them talking about going to adapt salaries to the market standards).
