My overall experience is mixed. The product is great but the targets are way too high for their extremely incentive compensation structure.

The goal to strive for is hitting plan, there are some folks that are lucky, but this generally isn't a place to lap your plan a few times over.

Very toxic environment and poor leadership. Company has a massive turnover in sales because on how poor the culture is.
