Lots of changes- Datadog Customer Success is changing rapidly and more of an account management organization. The org lacks strong leadership and coaching is unhelpful. I haven’t learned much from my managers about sales or account management. Customers and product are good and hybrid schedule includes a lot of events which are fun.

Datadog is a great sales school, in SMB it feels like we’re scraping the bottom of the barrel in terms of ideal customers available in the market.

Good place to start your sales career, definitely a grind in the commercial space however a lot of good people here and it's an extremely strong product. Very technical, so there's definitely a learning curve but if you can get the platform in front of people it will sell itself a lot of the time. Barely any inbound lead flow.
