Pros Great product, great culture, great people. Cons (1) GTM for Enterprise needs improving. Segmented by employee count when the biggest driver for propensity to spend on Datadog is cloud spend. (2) Very few people hitting quota (3) Partnership side of the business weak due to land and expand strategy

Feeling stagnant in Datadog Customer Success. They make it virtually impossible to change departments and nitpick promotions so only a few get promoted a year. Good product though and customers are generally nice.
