Needs more diversity. Culture is horrendous, everyone is miserable and less than 5% hitting number. Serious changes needed. Do not recommend

At Datadog, I was able to take my SDR experience and grow into a AE by getting a lot of at bats. The compensation is really good if you are hitting your quota but can be low if you are struggling.
