Strong playbook (MEDDPICC, Command of The Message) that makes Datadog a great company to start a sales career, but too many reps within Commercial/Mid Market teams that make it hard to hit your target

The most terrible work place I have ever worked. Not supportive engineers, low quality appointment from SDR, creating garbage leads from marketing, low quality invoice from finance. It was nightmare.
