Culture took a major hit with some shuffling around and a bunch of reps leaving recently. Comp isn’t as competitive as it could/should be and there aren’t too many reps hitting/exceeding quota, but the product is definitely best-in-class.

great workplaces for AEs who just started their sales career. but without SPIFF, its tremendously hard to hit the target.

Completely abysmal company to work for that hides behind a fairly generous comp structure. Good luck hitting quota though, no one is doing it unless they're a favorite of the leadership and get all the good inbounds.
