Current Employee2.3Oct 18, 2024I regret joining Databricks. The company grew recklessly and current AEs are mopping up sloppy deal making from those how got paid in 2020-23. The top of the sales org is a way out beyond his capability and needs to go. Acquisition strategy is very questionable.
