Great corporate & sales culture, super hot product, super hot space. Not easy to get in given technical nature and candidate competition, but once you're in it's clear leadership wants you to do well, doesn't micromanage and helps you succeed.

No one is making money at Databricks . It’s not a sales culture. Complan changes 2 times a year

Great, really depends on who your manager is. The time I was there cold calling initiatives were low and it was mainly email based which i preferred
