Great corporate & sales culture, super hot product, super hot space. Not easy to get in given technical nature and candidate competition, but once you're in it's clear leadership wants you to do well, doesn't micromanage and helps you succeed.

I regret joining Databricks. The company grew recklessly and current AEs are mopping up sloppy deal making from those how got paid in 2020-23. The top of the sales org is a way out beyond his capability and needs to go. Acquisition strategy is very questionable.
