Great product but not quite there yet. The company is ran by "yes men" in sales/ops who report to a bunch of paranoid academics. Very few teams even talk about attainment, and most reps don't make plan. There's very few that overachieve. The vast majority is wearing IPO cuffs and living on pennies.
