Horrid company to work for as the training is non-existent. The leadership needs serious training. The AEs are utterly useless on their own. SAs are there to do two jobs at once.

I regret joining Databricks. The company grew recklessly and current AEs are mopping up sloppy deal making from those how got paid in 2020-23. The top of the sales org is a way out beyond his capability and needs to go. Acquisition strategy is very questionable.
