Back to ReviewsFormer Employee The product is great. That said, its a nice to have solution - and due to being strongest in market - Coupa's pricing is high to go with it. This delays deals and increases selling that needs to be done to earn business. Internal leadership has had a mass exodus within MM and Corporate segments. They have combined the 2 and feel this has hurt the MM by comparing these two revenue bands to one another. Middle Management just wants more with less and seems they have pushed all the strategic members out to just pay their inexperienced reps less and giving them more ops to sell above their pay grade.
