My overall experience was that the company still focuses primarily on hardware sales and hasn't evolved to solutions sales including platform, cloud vendor, artificial intelligence, and user experience. The CRM platforms are disjointed and partially antiquated.

Systems are outdated. Takes 3 years to start making any real money. Management is very nice, but top sales leadership has been out of the game too long to be useful.

No SDR role, start off with no leads and cold calling. Vendor agnostic so go and find the best fit.
