In a period of transformation. New leaders have ideas that are met with various levels of acceptance. Some legacy process and personnel challenge the ability to evolve. Ultimately a stable player in the industry and could be self-limiting in their growth.

run...if you look at Glassdoor all the bad reviews are all 100% true. Very very bad pay

My overall experience was that the company still focuses primarily on hardware sales and hasn't evolved to solutions sales including platform, cloud vendor, artificial intelligence, and user experience. The CRM platforms are disjointed and partially antiquated.

Worked along side some great people. Comp plan designed with a cap at a certain % over quota. This cap serves to demotivate reps towards the end of a quarter. Senior management is not at all in touch with sales and account management. Too many internal meetings and not enough resources to effectively do your job (i.e. no CRM, no prospecting tools, etc.).
