Current Employee The job is BRUTAL as you are working accounts that other reps have worked but failed to penetrate. Sometimes the previous reps also get you blocked from calling and emailing. Too much spray & pray which is why it's hard to get anything going in this day and age.
60 dials makes sense if you are completely new with no buying accounts. When you start quoting, selling, checking order status, involving internal teams and external vendors and such, no way you make 60 dials. Not to mention your accounts are usually small enough that only one IT person has actual purchasing authority. With 60 dial requirement, you are basically harassing people every week and getting Connection from calling & emailing those accounts.
Sales coaches are also inept due to tendency to give unactionable tips. How we sell now is very different than how we sold back in 2019 for example Browse Other Reviews
