Low pay. There is no sales process here. You will get a CRM built in the late 90s that they continue to use today and that is all. Multiple middle management folks that have never sold or had a quota in tech sales that can't help or offer incites or a sales process. Some Managers care more about how many days you are in the office than they care about actual sales.
