No SDR role, start off with no leads and cold calling. Vendor agnostic so go and find the best fit.

Worked along side some great people. Comp plan designed with a cap at a certain % over quota. This cap serves to demotivate reps towards the end of a quarter. Senior management is not at all in touch with sales and account management. Too many internal meetings and not enough resources to effectively do your job (i.e. no CRM, no prospecting tools, etc.).

Starting job out of college. Seemed like there was more promise than what was actually delivered. Still had it's perks and had great training/development, but the salary was horrible.
