The product vision is unclear and Confluent is facing challenges from an increasing number of competitive options. Leads are incredibly rare and the incentive structure was recently redone to be unachievable. Almost everyone is at 0% or lower for their consumption quota.

Excellent PMF, fast paced environment however it can be complex to navigate. CEO and eStaff are strong. Regional management are more sales focused than regional stewards of the business which creates some misaligned incentives.
