Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Laser focus on rule of 30 (40 is a pipe dream) has decimated culture & company. No NAMER commercial reps hit target last year. Only 1 HCLS & few PubSec - very different competitive markets. Good people and leaders have left. Marketing and SE / PS leaders are clueless and destroying business. Founder is delusional telling stories of the team he needed to support him while climbing mt Kilimanjaro, but have gone through so many rifs and Bs HR policies that a the good people have left and those remaining don’t care to do their jobs. HR has fostered a completely toxic culture and oblivious to the realities of the culture & business - now nearly impossible to get even the smallest tasks done across teams. Leads are virtually non-existent (fired all outbound BDRs). Not to mention Customer Success… which is anything but- CSMs don’t know the product and rarely follow any issue through to resolution so customers are often upset and churn is through the roof. Great product market fit for the large and complex orgs but all the good SEs have left & few can speak intelligently about the platform or DG practice Browse Other Reviews
