Before Q3 2022, it was an absolute blast. However by the end of 2022, leadership started taking decisions that impacted the company and it's people negatively. The fun experience of each Collibrian started going downhill from then.
Culture is becoming toxic, especially in the sales team where the goal isn't to have good culture and hit KPIs, The goal is solely to hit KPIs and if you don't, you are out the next quarter. The way they lay off employees is harsh. They simply don't care.
GTM President does not care about his sub team, does not even care to say hello to people when he is around. He only cares about his VPs and AVPs as they report to him directly. He could be sitting next to people and have no clue that they are part of his team, he wouldn't even care to know. How can you call this type of personality a leader?
Company has no DEI policy.
Unfortunately, the good and fun times at Collibra are long gone, and if you are looking for a GTM position, it's better to look elsewhere. Browse Other Reviews
