-Sinking ship -The best-in-class culture that was there when I started was reduced to one of fear and disingenuousness. Everyone is afraid for their job & cannot focus. A far cry from the company motto, Open, Direct, and Kind. -Extreme lack of transparency from senior leadership. No sense of clear strategy, direction, & execution. Decisions are knee-jerk & reactive. -Good product, but is floundering in marketplace due to poor product development execution & on-time delivery. Overpromising & underdelivery is happening to multi-year deal customers, hence high customer churn and disengaged potential new prospects. -Leaders are telling their direct reports face to face to "keep up the good work", then the following week terminating their job in layoffs. -Extreme lack of empathy in the way they are arbitrarily executing layoffs (even tenured pregnant women while on maternity leave) -Entire C-Suite leadership has had 100% turnover in 1 year's time. -Majority of top talent has already been laid-off or jumped ship. Those still there are stuck, while actively looking for their break-free opportunity elsewhere. -Low to zero probability for carreer upward mobility. Sales especially has been decimated (Newer President of GTM has never sold). Operating on a lean unhealthy crew.
