We haven’t even been provisioned access to basic tools like Gong, and have no way to reflect on past calls with customers. The compensation is excellent, but everything else is immature and sub par. Enterprise is pretty slow moving, but that's where a lot of focus is from the top, so there's more pressure there to hit quota. Downsides: base pay and overall comp structure is kinda crap.
