Ultimately it falls on the reps. MM companies can get majority of what they pay for 50k on enterprise for free on the business plan and the product isn’t ready for enterprise. Not really a recipe for success.

Overall if you’re experienced in running sales cycles, independent, self sufficient, a self learner (from a tech perspective), you will thrive! If you need a lot of help or hand holding from management, this is not the place for you.

You also have to be very strong at qualifying where the company can win and if the customer is a good fit with their use case. The product set is vast and you can waste time with the wrong product set for a particular vertical.
