Former Employee2.6Sep 4, 2024Cloudflare has a great product but have hard a tough time in the Canadian market. Middle managers feel the stress of directors who feel the stress of c level. Ultimately it falls on the reps. MM companies can get majority of what they pay for 50k on enterprise for free on the business plan and the product isn’t ready for enterprise. Not really a recipe for success.

Current Employee3.7Aug 25, 2023Good tech stack and strategy. Lack of resources to help salespeople. Business leadership blames sales. Very high quotas. Quotas are the same in every region, which is a problem because some regions do not have ideal customer base.

Current Employee3.1Mar 14, 2024My experience has been good so far. My managers have been fantastic. My biggest complaint is the ability to promote. The company has no problem with termination for underperformance. Interestingly, the company is slow to promote where employees excel.
