Leadership has no focus, every department has different goals, and none of them align for an overarching goal. Culture used to be great, but has slowly disintegrated. Core product is solid, but they are clearly only concerned with breaking into large enterprises. If you have a security background it might be worth your time here, but if not, you will need to do all your own learning to get up to speed.

Cloudflare has a great product that is innovative and relevant. The Sales Org is in disarray with lack of support at the CEO level. Culture is bad and compensation is below market

Overall it's a good place to work. Depends on the manager you get. There is a big focus on outbound activity
