They have good training and the company and it's people are very well regarded in the industry, but there are no progression opportunities, they are paying below the industry average, large pay discrepancies and the culture in sales is becoming more toxic.

CEO distaste for salespeople is well-known and documented; sees us as "necessary evil". PIPs are extremely common.
