Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Terrible onboarding, no channel partners, minimal support org (from revops to marketing to channel to inbound/outbound sdr teams), incredibly broken processes that are mostly undocumented or outdated documentation, needing to constantly ping overworked colleagues to get answers and everything taking 10x the time it should. No pricing strategy or benchmarking, customers are frustrated they can't get a cost breakdown per service, they get errors on their billing that takes months to discover and weeks to correct. Leadership is constantly changing things with minimal communication and training. On our third CRO in three years.
