Other reviews are spot on- lead by fear with an iron fist. There's very little consistency or feedback so it's hard to know where you stand. Positives are the product and the people under leadership. While the product is great and there is no real equivalent, it is a niche software and there's a steep learning curve coming in and the training is short. Fortunately the people around you are typically helpful and supportive.

Territory was bad, company was in a transitioning time. Pays Boise area wages, which you don't need to settle for with remote work now.
