Compensation plan is severely lacking but base salary and product market fit are good. No bonus for singing brand new accounts. Commission rate is 6% with no accelerators and with many deals resulting in closer to 5 percent because of penalties for not securing certain terms

Small company, wanna be big tech, but rely heavily on manual work and get all resources out of India. Still figuring out its direction & strategy especially in regions outside of USA. No real career development path. Lots of promises and little actions to fulfill the promises.

Solid product. But underpaid and overworked. CEO compensation is way too high. Always says he can’t afford to give out more equity to his employees and then awards himself a $30M share grant for 2023 performance. Ever since this company was acquired by private equity and subsequently taken public, its best days have been in the past.
