This place is a mess Churning C suite, no concept of the TAM, and an install base that is 50% plus in extreme version and implementation debt Zero inbound leads, entire marketing department turns over annually. There are good first line leaders but Haveli has their work cut out for them here

The road ahead is probably full of opportunity with an immature industry and large TAM. 2023 was full of change internally and there are still some holes that need to be filled. Direct leadership is solid and the CRO has been great.

My overall experience was positive at Certinia. I was fortunate to have several great managers, who provided excellent support and mentorship. The PSA product is excellent. The unfortunate downside is that the c-suite had an overly optimistic view of the addressable market and over-hired.
