It gets worse every year, smaller market, more competitors, and decaying product

A very good product in the VC space that has built a solid reputation in this niche. However, innovation of the product was minimal leading only to organic account growth without new products to sell to an install base and a small TAM outside of VC limited NB opportunities within such a small TAM that already has a considerable footprint.
