Current Employee3.0Sep 18, 2023Over the last 2 years, partner management at Celonis went through a lot of changes in strategy and leadership. Decisions behind the changes have not been transparently communicated, incentive compensation structure does not make sense as strategy constantly changes, targets are very ambitious. The product and the people are amazing though.

Current Employee2.9Dec 3, 2023Celonis has a lot of junior people in important positions as VP's directors etc (Operations, GTM, Marketing) that have almost no previous experience and take really bad decisions. This people only think of themselves and do not prioritise customers.
