Company is mostly focused on product development and getting ready for an IPO sometime in the future. Top management is not showing any presence or concerns about why targets are not being achieved. The product (EMS) is great, but the GTM is engineer-driven, not market-driven.

Practically impossible to hit quota if selling to new logos, easier if doing expands.
