Company is mostly focused on product development and getting ready for an IPO sometime in the future. Top management is not showing any presence or concerns about why targets are not being achieved. The product (EMS) is great, but the GTM is engineer-driven, not market-driven.

Celonis has a lot of junior people in important positions as VP's directors etc (Operations, GTM, Marketing) that have almost no previous experience and take really bad decisions. This people only think of themselves and do not prioritise customers.

Difficult penetrating new accounts as a category creator, customers who do use our product love it and see tremendous value.
