My overall experience was good, it is great but unique company and proactiveness & ownership can really help you grow in this organization. Swedish market has a pretty long sales cycle so resilience is key.

Capgemini's capabilities and pricing is aligned to large global companies on the East and West coast in metro areas like New York, Silicon Valley, etc. The middle of the country is slower, cheaper, and prefers to work with smaller, local companies.

Training opportunities are excellent but leadership is a hit or miss. When managers are unhappy and frustrated with their role and/or pay, it cascades down. Not sure why Diversity gets high marks here. Diversity is “emphasized” because the number of diverse team members contributes to the leader’s performance metrics.
