Training opportunities are excellent but leadership is a hit or miss. When managers are unhappy and frustrated with their role and/or pay, it cascades down. Not sure why Diversity gets high marks here. Diversity is “emphasized” because the number of diverse team members contributes to the leader’s performance metrics.
