This company has done a complete 180 since Dec 2022. It was once a company I pictured myself at long term, now I can't wait to leave. Culture has gone from awesome to absolute dumpster fire. All the senior leadership has turned over. New leaders are empty-suit "Yes Men" to the megalomaniac CEO. The comp plan only benefits those with 4+ years of tenure and prime territories, otherwise impossible to make good money. A complete shame since the product is really fantastic.

My overall experience was extremely poor. Great product tech and the majority of my peers and solution techs. C level and executive team were poorly managed and the sales team was completely undervalued and frankly unappreciated.
