Ruined by leadership. Appalling in the US and no one trusts them. At least two very bad eggs have now gone, hopefully it will get better for us

The previous leadership on the GTM side was excellent but, unfortunately, they were pushed out by the CEO starting in September 2022; I would advise against taking any sales role in this organization until they figure out that the CEO cannot run the GTM team as a lawyer/ engineer by trade. My experience was terrible with DISCO. The culture seems like it used to be a good one and the product is strong. However, the CEO was ousted recently for sexual harassment and was paid more than Tim Cook.
