My experience was terrible with DISCO. The culture seems like it used to be a good one and the product is strong. However, the CEO was ousted recently for sexual harassment and was paid more than Tim Cook. It seems like the same guy who built up the company tore it down with disgusting behavior and greed. 60%+ of the sales team has left in the past couple years. I had 3 managers in one year and inconsistent communication on my performance. Had one manager lie to HR about documenting conversations about weekly activity metrics even though I was in the T10 in most categories. Strongly recommend looking elsewhere

Development and training was great and they have a great product, however they were not upfront about the commission as they changed the structure recently. The change in commission structure was actually the reason why I was hired as all the SDRs before me left because of the new structure. overall disco has been an overall positive experience as my first career-job. the pay is great, and the product is fairly easy to sell. My only issue is that there is very little roadmap for the AE role or any promotion.
