Worked at DISCO for 5+ years in an outside sales capacity. Company is struggling after CEO was forced out and lots of tenured reps have left for better opportunities. Platform is trying to disrupt Relativity and other legacy eDiscovery softwares, but the pricing is too high for large projects. I would be very hesitant to take a role as the company is currently in litigation for alleged securities fraud. Could have been great, but spiraling into decline. Stock price is less than 25% of IPO.

Development and training was great and they have a great product, however they were not upfront about the commission as they changed the structure recently. The change in commission structure was actually the reason why I was hired as all the SDRs before me left because of the new structure.
